Limited number of Insider Passes on sale today for exclusive access to exciting lineup of concerts, parties, and networking opportunities

New York, NY (April 17, 2012) – A limited number of Internet Week New York Insider Passes, offering exclusive access to hundreds of festival events and exclusive parties headlined by MNDR, Rye Rye, Wild Belle, Blaqstarr & Michna, and more, are on sale starting today for a $100 discount at Thrillest Rewards or via the Internet Week New York website.

Marking its fifth year, Internet Week New York is the world’s leading celebration of digital culture. From May 14th through 21st, the festival will partner with leading music and event sites like, RCRD LBL, Uber, YCN, Roomorama and Thrillist to present parties and giveaways featuring a cutting-edge lineup of live bands and DJs in a setting with hundreds of New York’s top industry luminaries and VIPs.

The full schedule of exclusive Insider Pass-only parties is:

  • Official Internet Week New York Opening Party (Monday, May 14 @ IWNY HQ 82 Mercer in Interactive Playground, 8-11 pm)
    The week blasts off with an exclusive party with hundreds of VIP party goers and industry luminaries set to enjoy live performances by MNDR and buzzworthy psych-popsters Wild Belle, plus a set by internationally acclaimed DJ, Michna, presented in collaboration with RCRD LBL and Thrillist.

  • Official Internet Week New York After Party (Monday, May 14, 10pm-4am @ The Tribeca Grand Hotel)
    Internet Week New York partners up with for a two-story networking and fun extravaganza at downtown hotspot the Tribeca Grand Hotel featuring a live performance from indie hip-hop sensation Rye Rye in The Salon followed by DJ sets from Blaqstarr and Blu Jemz, while downstairs in The Studios DJ sets from Night People (Eli Escobar, Lloydski, Blu Jemz) and Kaviar Disco Club will keep the party going.

  • Live (Saturday, May 19, 7pm at Santos Party House)
    It’s’s latest installment of Live with a live performance from Vacationer, a DJ set from Body Language, and more to be announced!

  • IAC + Aereo Official Internet Week New York HQ Closing Party (Thursday, May 17 @ The IAC Building)
    Internet giant IAC and hot NYC-based startup Aereo will co-host the first-ever official Internet Week New York HQ Closing Party at the IAC HQ, Frank Gehry’s desgined warped-glass masterpiece in Chelsea. You'll get access to an A-list crowd against the backdrop of the world’s largest high-resolution video wall.

  • Insider Pass holders will also enjoy access to all the events at the new 50,000 square foot, two-story Soho headquarters at 82 Mercer, including all official keynote addresses, hundreds of interviews and panel discussions with industry leaders, interactive art installations, special lounges by Design Within Reach, Juicebox WiFi/charging stations, and a curated café from Asiadog & Lonestar Empire. Insider Pass Holders will also receive a limited-edition Internet Week New York print from YCN, a limited edition tote bag from Quantcast designed by Internet Week New York Creative Partners Vault49, a $25 credit to Roomorama, and a $50 credit from Uber car service that can be used May 14-21.

    Insider Passes for Internet Week New York can be purchased for $399 on the official Internet Week New York website and a limited amount can be purchased for $299 on Thrillest Rewards.
